Upon payment of a deposit, or invoice in full, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below, linked via your invoice, and as stated and agreed upon in the correspondence regarding this project.
1. Payment schedule
Work will begin upon your approval via written agreement and after a deposit (normally 50%, unless otherwise agreed) is received. You agree to pay the remaining balance of the invoice upon completion of the project. We reserve the right to refuse completion or delivery of work until the final and all past due balances are paid in full.
2. Additional changes
Pricing does not include any updates after project is completed to a satisfactory standard, based upon the initial agreed statement of purpose. Subsequent revisions or substantial changes to a current project or future updates on already completed projects may require a new contract.
3. Early termination
If you decide to back out of the project after it has begun or once a deposit is paid, you forfeit your entire deposit. You will also forfeit any copyrights to artwork that has already been sent to you for review.
4. Accreditation and promotion
Once the project is completed, we reserve the right to promote our work online and in our portfolio, unless specifically stated otherwise in the initial statement of purpose for the project.
Any agreed upon monthly hours under a retainer do not rollover to the next month. Once you reach the end of the month, you forfeit any unused, remaining hours left under your retainer.
You will be transferred copyrights of work at the completion of project and when final payment is received. You cannot resell or reuse any stock photography incorporated for any use other than that specific design.
All estimates are valid for up to two (2) weeks from the date noted on the estimate. Once this time has expired, a new estimate may be required.
